We understand the importance of a right fit – for you and for us. Our team is carefully-curated to ensure the Control Group culture continues to thrive. We’re looking for positive people who care about doing a good job. People with the commitment to get the job done.
In return, you’ll be surrounded by can-do attitudes. Supported by people that want to help you grow in your career. And more importantly, rewarded for your efforts.
We have a loyal and committed team, thanks to a supportive environment and plans for progression for every team member.
Taking a break is important. We often down tools and enjoy a change in pace in the office. Regular quizzes, car park bike-a-thons and seasonal treats are just some of the ways we like to unwind during office hours.
Start your working day with a nutritious breakfast. We have eggs, cereals and fresh juices for the whole team to enjoy. Dig in!
Subsidised gym membership
Your health is important to us. Exercise is important in maintaining physical and mental health fitness. For those who like to work-out, we offer subsidised gym memberships.
Fun trips out
We have a really sociable team, and we like to get together away from the office from time to time. Whether that’s hiking in Snowdonia or a cheeky night on the tiles in Bollington, we love our social events.
We’re lucky to have our head quarters based in a charming mill near Manchester. The former cotton spinning mill is nestled alongside the picturesque canal – a lovely place for a lunchtime stroll.
For commuters, Clarence Mill has good connections to the M6, M60 and A523 roads.
Control Group also has offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Milan.
Work Life Balance
This week is #WorkLifeWeek. Achieving a good work-life balance is something we at Control Group support and it doesn't just happen by accident. Companies need to have flexible working policies and procedures in place to support staff in striking a happy balance between work life and home life.
