Jump Space is our charity of the year
Giving back to the community is something we’re proud to do, and this year we focused our fundraising efforts to help benefit Jump Space. This unique recreational facility in Stockport offers rebound therapy, trampolining and sensory play for people with disabilities.
Most trampoline parks and recreational centres aren’t able to cater for the needs of disabled people, but Jump Space provides a safe environment for people of all ages and varying levels of disability (including Asperger’s syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis and Down’s syndrome) to receive beneficial therapies or simply have some fun.
Jump Space is a truly amazing place, and we’ve seen the difference its highly-trained staff make to people’s lives. They rely on funding to keep the doors of their life-enhancing facility open to those who need it.
The Control Group team had lots of ideas to help us reach our fundraising target of £2,000 this year – including a Three Peaks challenge. Thanks for helping us make a difference, your support meant the world to us.
Our total (and still counting!)
Jump Space is thrilled to be chosen as Control Group’s first ‘Charity of the Year’. I‘m constantly amazed by the feats of daring and endurance (and cake eating!) people undertake to support local charities. We look forward to this coming year and to championing all of your activities undertaken on our behalf. A big thank – enjoy yourselves!
