This privacy notice outlines the type of information that is collected by us and how we use it. The information also outlines individuals’ rights regarding data protection, and how to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 

What information does the organisation collect? 

The organisation collects a range of information about you, including your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number, but may also include other information such as nature of business and interest in products/services. However please be assured that we will not collect any personal data from your visits to our website unless you provide this information voluntarily. When you supply personal data to us through the website, it will be clear what we plan to use the data for and we will seek your consent to do so. Use of these forms is optional but collecting this data helps us to understand what you are looking for from the company and improves our products and services.   

Direct Marketing 

Where you elect to receive marketing material, we will send you information about our products and/or services which we believe may be of interest to you. We will not share your data with any third-party organisations in this regard, and you have the choice to unsubscribe (opt-out) from any future contact of you wish. 

If you are an existing client with an ongoing contract with us we will send you updates and information on new products, services, news and events because we have a legitimate interest in marketing our goods and services to existing customers to increase sales. You can unsubscribe (opt out) from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in our marketing emails.

We may use the following third-party service providers named below to process and store your data:

  • Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which we use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their privacy policy.

We will not share your personal information with any other third-party unless we have your permission or the law requires us to.

Why does the organisation process personal data? 

The organisation needs to process data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you. It may also need to process your data to enter into a contract with you. 

In some cases, the organisation needs to process data to ensure that it is complying with its legal obligations.

Your information may be shared internally with members of the sales and marketing teams, and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

How we use cookies
